Munira Asif, FNP-C

Munira Asif is a certified primary care Family Nurse Practitioner at Village Health Partners West Plano Medical Village and sees patients ages 18 and older. She is passionate about patient education and preventative medicine. She is a proponent of age-appropriate screenings done in a timely manner to prevent most chronic diseases.

Her goal is to educate her patients about their health as much as possible and assist them with taking ownership of their health. Munira also encourages her patients to stay active, incorporate a healthy lifestyle, and communicate their family health history.

Munira is also passionate about mental health and getting her patients the resources they need.

How Munira practices whole-person wellness

Munira lives in Lewisville with her husband and their son. They practice whole-person wellness by exercising, staying active, and focusing on eating healthy meals. In their free time Munira and her family enjoy traveling, spending time with family, and cooking together.
