Was given the wrong directions and went to a different office. I was late when I got to my doctor but no one pulled an attitude with me. I had to have yearly physical and all went well even the blood tests. I'm incredibly old and the phelbotaist took a great deal of time not digging around. Here, I was finally heard out by Vincent Torrefranca. He was so incredibly kind and understanding of my concerns/condition. They are attentive and though it is a big office, in a small town turned big…They are anything but cold and sterile and give me that hometown feeling where future generations will choose to see them growing up as well. Not a visit; was a phone call and request for medication with return call yes or no. This is the second day of such request and I have made an appt for Monday. No one called back yesterday and when I called the PA had not answered the request. Re: Sleep meds! More

Very hard to get hold of any staff member on the phone. I called them during the business hours and phone still go to answering service. You leave a message they don't call you back. I went for some imaging and x-rays and I got the test results back in one week and they called back after I complained. More
