At Village Health Partners, we pride ourselves on providing same day access and convenience to our patients. We guarantee you will be seen the same day as your appointment request. However, we cannot guarantee your preferred provider or location. If you would like, please include your preferred provider details in the ‘Notes’ section of your appointment request. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

After booking your request, you will receive an e-mail notifying you of your appointment request. Your appointment is not scheduled until you receive an appointment confirmation e-mail from our practice.
