Dr. Abel Garduño, Jr. has been recognized as one of Collin County's Best Doctors in the specialty of family medicine by D Magazine in 2015. Dr. Garduño has a devoted base of patients who greatly appreciate his strong emphasis on the doctor-patient relationship that he provides at Village Health Partners in Plano.

Dr. Garduño believes disease prevention is of paramount importance. He spends the time educating his patients to help them take control of their lives and make lifestyle modifications to enhance their well-being. In 2012, Dr. Garduño was recognized as one of America's Most Compassionate Doctors, a patients' choice award shared by only 3 percent of physicians across the country.

In addition to delivering excellent patient care, he is one of several bilingual doctors at Village Health Partners.

Throughout the years, Dr. Garduño has strived to provide his patients with cutting-edge medical care. Prior to joining Village Health Partners, Dr. Garduño ran his own practice for more than a decade in Plano, Texas.
