July 14th and 15th: Your Legacy Medical Village providers are moving into our new location! To reach a team member or schedule an appointment, text us at 469-382-3807.
Weekend urgent care appointments will be held at Independence Medical Village on Saturday, July 16th and Sunday, July 17th.
Your Village Health Partners and Village Pediatrics providers at Legacy Medical Village will be moving into a brand-new facility at the end of July 2022. But don't worry! Your new home for healthcare is less than one minute west of Legacy Medical Village on Spring Creek Pkwy.

All Village Health Partners and Village Pediatrics providers at Legacy Medical Village will be moving to West Plano Medical Village – plus, they'll be on the same floor, in the same office! This will make getting high-quality care for your entire family more convenient.

In addition to your primary care team, the Village Pediatrics care team and your Village Health Partners counselor and dietitian, you'll have access to all of the services you're used to. Labs, imaging and other specialists will all be under the same roof!
