The reason I felt compelled to write this review today was because of the presence of mind and positive outlook of one of the supervisors who work at this location, Kayla. The staff and Dr. Abraham are great. Always very friendly and knowledgeable. They treat you with respect and genuinely care about their patients. The only reason for the one less star is their rooms and check in process. The rooms are nice and clean but they dont feel like a pediatricians office. Nothing for the kids to look at or play with. Other pediatricians usually give stickers or lollipops when the appt is done but not here and my daughter asks why she doesn’t get one anymore thinking that maybe she wasn’t good and didn’t deserve one. It’s difficult entertaining toddlers for an hour with empty rooms/walls. And of course theres no reception area to check in and out of although I believe it can also be done at the middle section reception area for adults. Overall, its hard to find a good pediatrician so thats why we still come because of Dr. Abraham and her staff. I have seen Dr. Moon for the last 15 years, and his expertise has been invaluable in addressing various health concerns, from asthma to ADHD. He has a knack for breaking down the intricate details of medications, in a way that my non medical brain can understand. On a more personal level, he alleviates the stigma that comes with asking about medication options, and I feel comfortable coming to him with any questions or concerns. It is clear when meeting with him that he doesn’t just want to help his patients feel better; he wants to help them enjoy their lives and succeed in their goals. I am grateful to say that he has done that for me, and it has been a gift to have a medical professional like him in my corner when it’s needed the most. I had to have yearly physical and all went well even the blood tests. I'm incredibly old and the phelbotaist took a great deal of time not digging around. I've been seeing Dr. Ennis before joining Village Health. That adds up to close to 20 years I've Dr. Ennis is very caring and genuine. He listens to your concerns, I've never felt rushed, and he is wonderful at quickly diagnosing your illness and getting you better! He's had to refer me to several specialist over the years and each one has been just as wonderful as he is. His referrals seem to align with the kind of doctor he is, which I appreciate. Dr. Ennis is a quiet man (I feel he's always thinking) so you do have to ask questions but he's always happy to answer with details. He's a very proactive Doctor who is wonderful at what he does! Being a doctor is the perfect profession for him which shows in how wonderful he is at what he does. He's a very gentle caring doctor with a wonderful bedside manner. One of the few doctors who is actually available to schedule an appointment sooner than a month in advance. I was very pleased with the quality of service, the modern facility, and all aspects of the practice other than the management of the practice.Village Health Partners is almost impossible to contact, and have currently limited their communication with the patients to text messaging. Text messages appear to be answered by nurses in their spare time, of which I don't think that have much. If you need medical assistance sooner than a couple of months from now, which I would assume is 99% of everybody who is trying contact a doctor, Village Health Partners probably won't work for you.There are ZERO working phone numbers for Village Health Partners which allow you to actually contact a human. Mostly they are recorded directions to their office. Their old patient portal was absolutely terrible and is being replaced with something that doesn't seem to be much better. More

I had a really poor experience with my previous primary care provider, a doctor that seemed to only care about money and coldly spending the bare minimum time with me just to get through our appointment and move onto the next one on their busy schedule. I am glad to have met Ms. Billingsley as she was everything my last doctor was not. My doctors appointment today was with the nurse practitioner for the first time with this office. She was amazing. I love this office. My last doctor was ok but I communication with them was a challenge and they never responded to the portal even though I had to use it. These guys embrace new technology for communication but have kept a human connection which is a tough challenge. I cannot recommend this office more. I don’t think I have ever been as impressed with a medical office as I am with this place. I see Dr. Ennis but everyone I have met is great. More

I would highly recommend this place to anyone! I’ve been struggling for over two months to find a solution to a health problem and have been turned away by several doctors and specialists. Here, I was finally heard out by Vincent Torrefranca. He was so incredibly kind and understanding of my concerns/condition. I have been to the independence location a few times for different reasons and all of the staff in the areas I have been to are exceptionally nice. Wait times were minimal. The place was very clean. Signs are posted to let you know where to go - labs and room numbers are clearly marked making it easy to navigate. i see lindsay osborne and she's great. even though she's an NP i prefer seeing her over an md. she spent time with me and after checking my labs sent over some notes regarding things we'd talked about. a friend referred her to me for just this reason, and i was surprised that such a busy practitioner took the time to follow up. I have been a patient (age 65 and support myself) of Dr. Ampajwala's for several years now. I have to say I am shocked at any negative reviews written about her as I read them all. Dr. Ampajwala has shown extreme interest in my health care and listens to what I have concerns about and what I am comfortable with or not comfortable with. I'm very happy with all of them and will be switching my general medical care to this office.However, it took a while to see the doctor because there was a problem with the forms I filled out on Zocdoc. There should be a notification for the doctor's office that a patient has completed the forms and even though all of the information was there, the forms were formatted differently from the doctor's office so it took a while for them to transfer the information into their system. There should be a place for doctors' offices to add their own forms in Zocdoc so this confusion is avoided. More

As a practicing Physician for over 40 years I have had the worst experience trying to make an appointment for my patient this morning the lady who answered the phone was rude obnoxious and hung up instead of helping my patient. When one goes on your website to make an appointment with Dr. Ayyagari her name does not even come up and hence the patient was not able to make her appointment, thanks for the administration of that office I have requested my patient to see another Endocrinologist and she got the appointment for next week. Very efficient experience! I received a text the day before instructing me on procedure when I arrived. Once parked, I texted that I was on-site, waited in the car, and in a few minutes was instructed to go to a certain waiting room. When I got there, a nurse was already there!
