The doctors and support staff are excellent...... special mention to Dr. Lau, Dr Moon for the superlative service over the years for my family. The reason I felt compelled to write this review today was because of the presence of mind and positive outlook of one of the supervisors who work at this location, Kayla. She went out of the way to help me, while I was fasting, to save me multiple trips to this location. It's hard to find people like her these days in the service industry. Thanks for making my day. I was very fortunate to be seen and treated by Emily Lau. She was very knowledgeably, compassionate and she took the time needed to come up with a treatment plan that was best for me. She listened to my health concerns and recommended options that I felt comfortable with. Also, she is terrific about quickly responding in the patient portal. I have seen Emily for a few of my in person appointments and a televisit. She truly goes above and beyond with the care that she gives. More

I really appreciated Lynn and how quickly you guys were able to setup a televisit for me and send out prescriptions, and I've always had a great experience with my normal NP Laura, as well as the rest of the staff. Patient Portal excellent however getting through by phone very difficult. Got disconnected several times. I'm sure it's not easy on your end. Everyone very polite and professional. Just frustrating. More

My telehealth appointment was a positive experience. Dr. Moon's PA, Emily was very efficient and friendly. I did wait for her approximately 15 minutes but that's not much different from an in-office visit. The telehealth appointment was a good way to take care of my simple medical issue. More

Emily was awesome, very attentive, and obviously made a great decision to explore further on a previous scan I had which ultimately saved me from even more damage than I had already sustained, unbeknownst to us at the time. My family has been going to legacy medical clinic since it opened about 20 years ago and have been very happy. We were patients of Dr. Crow and after he retired just went to whoever was available at the time we needed to be seen. Until yesterday. My husband had been having some issues so we did our usual “whoever’s available,” and they set us up with a new PA named Emily at the Legacy clinic. What a smart, well spoken, intelligent PA. She did the exam and then wanted us to go get a scan because she had a concern she wanted to check on. Well, she was right. He had a life threatening blood clot in his leg. I’m so grateful for Emily and as I sat there listening to her talk to my husband I had to wonder what it felt like to know you just helped to save someone’s life. After 20 plus years at Legacy, my family just found our forever PA. Thank you!!! More
