I have been to the independence location a few times for different reasons and all of the staff in the areas I have been to are exceptionally nice. Wait times were minimal. The place was very clean. Signs are posted to let you know where to go - labs and room numbers are clearly marked making it easy to navigate. There is an elevator and stairs as well. - Laura Billingsley FNP is absolutely wonderful and I would highly recommend her! More

Was always easy and of help to work with Laura Billingsley. Not sure why the LAB annually never has a copy ready when Cassandra has definitely done her part. Love this location still masking needed. More

Everything from check-in to check-out is a smooth experience. With so many providers and locations, my expectations were I might feel like a number as a patient, however, my experience has been the complete opposite. Every provider I’ve seen has provided, excellent service, they are attentive, and efficient.
