Patient Portal or Healow App

The easiest way to get your issues resolved is to send a secure message directly to your provider. Examples of issues that can be solved through this method are medication refills, lab result questions, scheduling an appointment, getting answers o medical questions.

COVID-19 Questions

Can I get tested for COVID?

YES! All patients can be tested for COVID-19. This includes established patients and new patients, those who have had exposure, and those that have symptoms or are asymptomatic. All you need to do is schedule a telehealth visit.

How do I schedule a COVID test?

All patients must have a telehealth appointment with a Village Health Partners provider prior to receiving a COVID-19 swab or antibody test. Please see above for scheduling information.

When can I expect to receive my COVID swab results?

As of 6/26/20, it is taking the lab about 7-8 days to send us the results. Rapid testing is coming soon, and you will be able to receive results within 24 hours.
