About Sweta
Sweta Manek is a family nurse practitioner bringing more than seven years of experience to Frisco Medical Village. She sees patients one year and older, and she is passionate about helping patients reach their health goals.
Sweta encourages patients to stay up to date on annual physicals, vaccinations and preventive care. She wants patients to focus on self-care – whether that’s making time for exercise, counseling, preparing meals, journaling, volunteering or more – and incorporating more plants and healthy decisions into their diets. Sweta believes managing stress, a healthy diet, proper nutrition and exercise are important aspects of whole-person wellness.
How Sweta practices whole-person wellness
Sweta lives in Plano with her husband Sandeep. They have two children. In their free time, they enjoy traveling, hiking and trying recipes from around the world. As part of a healthy lifestyle, Sweta follows a vegetarian diet and exercises regularly.
