Sandra Portales

Sandra sees patients at our brand-new West Plano Medical Village location. It’s less than a minute away from Legacy Medical Village, where she previously saw patients.

Sandra Portales is a certified family nurse practitioner at West Plano Medical Village with more than 20 years of medical experience. She is fluent in Spanish.

Sandra is passionate about whole-person wellness, including healthy eating, weight management, stress management and exercise. She wants patients to love themselves so they can focus on their whole-body health, and she believes having a sense of purpose is an important part of living a long, healthy life. She wants to help patients learn how to manage stress and anxiety since it’s an important part of both physical and mental health.

How Sandra practices whole-person wellness

Sandra lives in McKinney with her husband Freddy and her two children. As part of whole-person wellness, she enjoys jogging and playing tennis with her family.
