I can't say enough good things about this place. I've seen Dr. Kibel for a few years, and she is extraordinary. The group of Nurse Practitioners that also work with her is superb! I can mention Lindsey Osborne and Sandra Portales. Sandra is the sweetest and always spot-on! Lindsey is also fantastic, with excellent bedside manners. These three professionals (Kibel, Portales, and Osborne) listen and take the time to understand your concerns. Just wow! I have been recommending Village Health Partners to my friends. They are so wonderful to work with. More

Was always easy and of help to work with Laura Billingsley. Not sure why the LAB annually never has a copy ready when Cassandra has definitely done her part. Love this location still masking needed. More

I took my father-in-law to see Dr. Kibel for a physical and he absolutely loved her! He and his wife recently moved here from another country and are trying to get settled. He’s very concerned about getting everything squared away with new doctors and meds and has been so pleasantly surprised with the professionalism, attention to detail, interest in all of his questions/concerns, and friendliness of ALL of the staff members. He also had a previous appointment with Sandra Portales and sang her praises as well. I took my mother-in-law to an appointment with Lindsay Osborn and she reiterated everything said above! Stellar. I can't believe I found Dr. Sandra Caldwell and her office. They have been professional, courteous, knowledgeable and kind. I didn't feel rushed, and Dr. Caldwell listened to all of my concerns and even made sure to send me to another doctor for a concern she has about my health, and turns out, she was right on her concern as my health was in jeopardy and I didn't even know it. Nurse Kelsi called me and answered my questions carefully and kindly, can't thank the team at Texas family medicine enough. Addy, Dr. Caldwell's assistant was patient with me and relayed my questions to Dr. Caldwell so that it wouldn't be forgotten.
