About Virginia
Virginia "Sissy" Rady is a certified Adult Nurse Practitioner (ANP-C). Virginia finds joy in providing the highest, quality medical care to her patients. She is a firm believer that the key to providing quality care is having a strong patient-provider relationship. Virginia considers preventative care and good patient communication to be one of the most important aspects of healthcare.
She is especially passionate about diabetes management and diet control. As a Chronic Lung Disease patient herself, Virginia truly understands the day-to-day concerns with chronic disease management. She believes her experiences have given her the ability to relate with her patients about their concerns and give back to her patients in the most caring way possible. Virginia lives in Farmers Branch with her daughter, Catherine.

Care team
Virginia works hand in hand with Dr. Fullington and also works closely with team members at her care station. This includes advanced practitioners Dr. Nguy and Dr. Lensing.
