Virginia (Sissy) was the answer to my prayers. I had moved to another part of town and needed a physician. She handles all my needs and does so efficiently. She is warm and friendly as is her nurse and actually the entire staff! Love this place, if you need to go to a doctor it is the most pleasant it can be. More

Virgina or “Sissy” is very personable and open to listening to the patient’s prospective And is collaborative in her approach to care and treatment. She is great at providing follow up and answering questions that are asked of her through the portal. She’s also very thorough with managing multiple diagnoses and medications. And she is very thorough when it comes to sending a patient to specialists as well. Virginia “Sissy” is an amazing provider. I have been seeing her for several years and she is, and has always been, by far the most thorough and concise provider I have ever seen. She does not beat around the bush and just tells you like it is. Her knowledge level is above other doctors I have seen in the past. I am typically not comfortable with going to the doctor, but she has put me at ease for every aspect of my health care. Highly recommend. More

Amazing care. Expert at setting you at ease and clearly conveying information. Takes the neccessary time with me as a patient and creates an atmosphere of a conversation between friends. Extremely responsive to messages either left by phone or through the patient portal. My wife and I love her bedside manner and common sense approach to the excellent care she provides. She will continue to be my PCP for the foreseeable future. More

I have been traveling so was able to set up a telehealth visit with Virginia Rady, ANP-C. She was excellent - professional, informative, educational - but most of all collaborative. I am an RN so come with my own knowledge and background. I am newer to this practice, but have now seen 3 different practitioners (Dr. Ennis, Dr. Fullington and Virginia Rady) and am so impressed with them all. It’s important to me to ‘participate’ in my own healthcare and that is exactly what you get here. I would highly recommend this practice! More

Virginia Rady is far and away the best PCP I have ever had, and I have had extremely good ones. Her dedication, commitment, quick wit and medical brilliance are a gift I am so fortunate to have access to. When I had a flare while waiting for an appointment with her, she stopped everything to take care of me, including walking me out to the car and carrying my bag, and threatening to drive me to the ER herself, and contacting me several times over the next 48 hours to see how I was doing. She remembers minute details about all of her patients off the top of her head, and attends to their needs at all hours. I've never felt so safe. She's indispensable. More

Yes. This was my first visit in establishing a relationship with a new PCP provider. Intake was extremely thorough and gave me confidence that I made the right choice in a new health provider. Christina was friendly and personable, and took the time to go over my health history and meds. Just as thorough and friendly was Sissy Rady who made me feel that she had my best interest, health-wise, at heart. I provided her with my most recent medical and lab records from my prior PCP for which she was most appreciative. The office environment and available medical facilities are welcoming and appears to add to the whole health experience. Off to a good start. More

This post-hospital visit with NP Virginia Rady, like those previous, was excellent. She was well versed in my hospitalization, having reviewed the pertinent hospital records before hand, and in my general medical condition. She included me in planning for my care and listened to my concerns. At one point she included Dr. Fullington in my examination. She arranged follow-up tests and quickly sent the results to me through the portal. NP Rady is sharp, quick-witted, and thorough. I always feel empowered about my medical care after a visit with her. Virginia Rady is a great NP who has helped me with several medical issues. Always answers my questions and I feel the treatments are on the right track. It’s also great the Village has an online app where you can message the doctor and check your lab results. Only minor issue is sometimes there is a wait but that’s for any doctor office. More
