The doctors and support staff are excellent...... special mention to Dr. Lau, Dr Moon for the superlative service over the years for my family. The reason I felt compelled to write this review today was because of the presence of mind and positive outlook of one of the supervisors who work at this location, Kayla. She went out of the way to help me, while I was fasting, to save me multiple trips to this location. It's hard to find people like her these days in the service industry. Thanks for making my day. My doctors appointment today was with the nurse practitioner for the first time with this office. She was amazing. I love this office. My last doctor was ok but I communication with them was a challenge and they never responded to the portal even though I had to use it. These guys embrace new technology for communication but have kept a human connection which is a tough challenge. I cannot recommend this office more. I don’t think I have ever been as impressed with a medical office as I am with this place. I see Dr. Ennis but everyone I have met is great. More

I love my providers at Village Health Partners. Sheena Abraham FNP-C is awesome! She makes you feel very comfortable and is easy to talk to about your health concerns or needs. i see lindsay osborne and she's great. even though she's an NP i prefer seeing her over an md. she spent time with me and after checking my labs sent over some notes regarding things we'd talked about. a friend referred her to me for just this reason, and i was surprised that such a busy practitioner took the time to follow up. They are nice, but they made two adminstrative errors in my papers on my first visit, which makes me feel they are unreliable. I expect zero errors after the amount they charge. More

I was very fortunate to be seen and treated by Emily Lau. She was very knowledgeably, compassionate and she took the time needed to come up with a treatment plan that was best for me. She listened to my health concerns and recommended options that I felt comfortable with. Also, she is terrific about quickly responding in the patient portal. I have seen Emily for a few of my in person appointments and a televisit. She truly goes above and beyond with the care that she gives. More

The Doctors are amazing and the staff is great but if you ever have to deal with there billing department it is a nightmare. I have called multiple times and they never answer there phones or return calls. They billed me multiple times for bloodwork they never performed and I cannot get anyone on the line to actually tell me why they billed me 4 times for this. More

I can't say enough good things about this place. I've seen Dr. Kibel for a few years, and she is extraordinary. The group of Nurse Practitioners that also work with her is superb! I can mention Lindsey Osborne and Sandra Portales. Sandra is the sweetest and always spot-on! Lindsey is also fantastic, with excellent bedside manners. Very efficient experience! I received a text the day before instructing me on procedure when I arrived. Once parked, I texted that I was on-site, waited in the car, and in a few minutes was instructed to go to a certain waiting room. When I got there, a nurse was already there! Did my check-up, had my time with Dr. Castle, and then taken to the lab to do some blood taken for my physical.I swear I felt like Rip Van Winkle and I arrived in the future! I'm not only satisfied with my recent experiences with your company, I'm shocked that it works so smoothly. I recently chose Dr. Castle as my primary care physician, and I'm so happy with my choice. I've never had a PCP that I felt cared so much about my health, and I've definitely never had a doctor who communicated the options and potential results of treatment more clearly than Dr. Castle. Talking to him seems like a conversation I would have with one of my friends, but at the same time, it's clear that he's extremely educated and highly trained in the health and well-being of his patients. They tell you to wait in your car until to doctor is ready to see you. I got a text saying the doctors was ready so I got out of my car walked straight into the room without having to check in and the doctor was waiting in my room. I might’ve waited by myself for a total or 2 minute the whole time I was there. Incredible system. More

AMAZING SERVICE!!! Came in to get tested for the UnHoly Trinity: Flu, Strep, & COVID 🙄 But I saw the doctor and the nurse TWICE within my first 15 minutes of being there! Dr Gothard is the absolute best. He has been my mom's doctor for 20 plus years, treating her with expert medical knowledge, taking time to listen during each appointment and referring her to excellent specialists as needed. He has helped her transition as she ages and not only treats her medically but emotionally, asking all the right questions to guide us to the next steps in this journey. My mom trusts him implicitly, as do I, because of the time he spends with us, his compassion, follow up and knowledge. He realizes the importance of family involvement, listens to all my concerns as her daughter and responds quickly and personally to all questions, whether it is a phone call or in the portal. Scheduled my husband for blood work. He gets off work at 5pm so I scheduled for 6pm. He fasted till 2pm and I wanted to make sure lab was open so he can get blood work completed. Lab is not open after 5:30pm. I'm not sure why he was scheduled for blood work at all they didn't tell us. Labs also couldn't be sent (so he could go earlier to get labs completed) because he is a new patient and I understand certain policies, but it basically came down to well maybe he will get blood work done or not so we just canceled, because that was the entire reason of our visit. Ladies we spoke to were nice but a lot of confusion. More

For over ten years I have trusted my health care to Dr. Gothard at Village Health Partners - Legacy Medical Village. Dr. Gothard has helped me through some real health issues over the years. When I've had unexpected medical needs and he isn't available many other physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners have cared for me. The patient portal is so easy to use and really helpful to have at my fingertips. Everyone on the Village team answers my many questions and ask me many questions to make each appointment productive. What I don't Ike is having to walk into the building then read the sign on the door to text that I've arrived and go back to my car and wait to be texted to come back. It's a bit much and of all the doctors I see the only one still doing this. More

Village Health Partners (VHP) has prided themselves for "leading edge technology" since the 2000s. However ... Website has constant issues. Accessing medical records thru the patient portal is worse than 1990s dial up technology. There is no email address or phone number listed to contact their IT department for the constant issues. Automated answering system boots you out of the queue, after you patiently wait listening to the countdown of number of callers ahead of you in the queue. "Forget Password" on website emails you a "reset password" link that is "expired". Televisit does "not" work on Firefox and Edge for Windows 7 64 bit computers. Other doctors software for televisits "do work". Helo App does "not" work on Samsung Galaxy Note 3. I am NOT going to purchase a new computer and new phone, just so I can be a patient of Village Health Partners. Hilarious that VHP prides itself on "leading edge" technology. Yet for years issues have plagued the IT department in charge of VHP website and phone systems. More

I had an appointment at 10:30 and at 11:30 was seen by the doctor. I know that it can get busy. After arriving at the facility I texted the office to let them know that I had arrived as per the instructions. If they was running behind, they should have let me know either while I was in the car or when I checked in. This was the second time that this happened. The doctor apologized, but that did not make it any better. If I was 15 minutes late, I would be billed for a late fee. Why can't that happen with late doctor appointments that has the patient wait after x number of minutes past the appointment time? I make plans in my day, so when this happens it is very frustrating. This is a modern practice that uses the normal modes of communications that we use in the rest of our lives. Most medical practices are in the voicemail and fax age. The practitioner seem highly competent and relaxed, versus rushed and harried. I don’t like that they have a sort of captive insurance agent, but so far it’s up to me what insurance I buy. I’m sure it wouldn’t be ethical for them to push in a certain direction on insurance. More
