My NPN Brett Driver and his assistant Tylar are so personable and they take the time to really listen to me and helping me get through some mild medical issues. I've been to so many other places where my symptoms were ignored or they just don't care. My telemedicine visit with Brett Driver was wonderful! I called for an appointment at 11:30 AM; my appointment was set for 1:00 PM; and at 3:00 PM the very same day, I had my antibiotics to treat my sinus infection. Brett was personable, professional, thorough, and very easy to communicate with. The VHP-Frisco telemedicine platform performed flawlessly. Called this place early am, the person who answered seemed lost and said someone would call back. Never did receive a call back. After waiting 5 hrs, I called them. They didn't have a record of my call. Their website states "same day appts." NOT TRUE, the girl said no one could see me today. (I asked for anyone) What a joke! Don't waist your time. More

Absolutely the best medical office ever been to. The system they use through the portal and communication through texting with staff whether for appointments, billing, lab work is awesome. On appointment they will txt you the room number and when you arrive someone is likely to be there to assist you. No waiting around wondering if someone will show up. I have quite a few health problems and when go in for my initial care visit, most Doctors or Nurse Practitioners look at me like I am crazy and write off what I say. It usually takes months of test for them to understand my predicament. Dr. Sweta Manek was so professional and kind. When I told her my conditions she immediately referred me to specialists for my needs. Best care I have ever received on my first visit. She really made me feel like I was heard and would be taken care of! Also, all of the nurses and staff were incredible and made me feel like I have been patient there for years. Thank you so much!!! It was beyond words. We were dealt with a calm and very polite nurse. She was a pediatric nurse. And the doctor was very sweet and polite as well. She checked our daughter thoroughly and made us feel comfortable telling us what was going on. Very considerate and took all the time that we didn't feel pressured at all. My daughter who doesn't usually get comfortable in hospital settings took immediately to the doctor and became very sociable with her. We have another appointment next month and we are already looking forward to it; not just for the fact that we want our daughter well but also the whole experience was warm and informative that you feel it's great to visit. First let me say, Prior to becoming a patient at Village Health partners, (TX Family Medicine) I personally have not met such a warm, friendly, and loving group of people. The Dr's, PA's, NP's and staff are the epitome of light and love. You literally cannot walk through the doors (or logon for a televisit) and not be greeted by a smile. I've been a patient of Dr. Sheffield for 6 years now, and although I now live some 45 mile away from her office, I choose to continue the relationship, a fact that should speak for itself. First off, I’ve never had an EKG, urine test, and such thorough blood work done for a physical. This shows that these doctors are taking your health seriously right off the bat. Nothing more important than feeling like you’re in good hands vs demanding and fighting doctors to listen. More

I was disappointed today. To get a free Covid test, I was told I would have to have a televisit with a nurse. However, no one mentioned that the order needed for the Covid test would be over $100! I was simply exposed over Christmas, and wanted to make sure I was safe before returning to work. Usually, they have been great. Their new Covid set up allows most people to never get close to another in the Frisco building. I was shocked that they wouldn’t do a free Covid test for free. $100+ just to make sure you’re safe to work in a school setting disappointed me - especially since they didn’t mention the cost before trying to schedule me. Horrible. I’ve been trying to schedule labs. First the link and it is not available then called. I was on the line at least 15 minutes no option for call back. I just called again and once again hold and finally got a call back response. Too many locations and doctors. You’ve gotten too big. I liked it better when Dr Christopher Crow was my doctor and seeing a doctor was easy and received great care. More

Portal is down for past 2 days. I called yesterday waited on hold for lab results for 20 min then left my phone number for a callback. No callback, called again this morning, waited 10 min hung up. Called back trying another option that looped me back. I have no way to contact this office for results. Update, just tried to call again, hit make appt just to talk to someone and was on hold for 5 min. Literally can not reach anyone!!! More

You need to put a QR code on the Healow Patient Portal posters in the exam room so the new patients can point their phone to the wall and install... I was very focused on trying to remember all the things the provider needed me to do and having to read the poster, find the app name, type the URL, etc was a distraction that is avoidable. It is a small thing and even though am technology-proficient, that was something that really stood out as a gap to me. Front desk was pleasant, and sign-in was easy. Sweta was nice, listened attentively, and communicated effectively. She followed up promptly by phone when I posted a question on the patient portal. Phlebotomist was very friendly and did not hurt me. The young lady that took my vitals and did the echo made me feel comfortable and explained everything she was doing. And the facility was clean and non-threatening... pretty modern feeling, actually. All in all, it was stress-free experience throughout the entire process. More
