I would highly recommend this place to anyone! I’ve been struggling for over two months to find a solution to a health problem and have been turned away by several doctors and specialists. Here, I was finally heard out by Vincent Torrefranca. He was so incredibly kind and understanding of my concerns/condition. He immediately took action by collaborating with Dr. Hall, scheduling blood work, and referring me to a specialist. I am incredibly grateful to him and the practice for really listening to me and taking action immediately. You won’t regret coming here! More

The doctors here are good. Some of the office staff are rude. Today, unfortunately I had to go in due to being sick. The check-in lady was combative and made me wait out in the hall, I get it but her rudeness and lack of compassion towards me made me realize the medical community is lacking in empathy The "nurse" was just as pleasant as the check in lady. Once I got past all the ugly the physicians assistant/ doctor was very thorough and she seemed to care and figured out what my deal was. More

Dr.Hall is so caring and sweet , he actually listens to you and finds a solution and does test results to figure out what your problem is, I’ve been going to him for at least three or four years now and now he is my husband‘s PCP as well. And my husband really likes him also. So if you’re looking for wonderful , caring PCP he’s your good to Dr. More

I don't have to wait months to get in to see my doctor. I have never waited more than 10 minutes to be called back for my visit. Everyone is friendly and my results are posted to my online portal almost immediately as they are received. I love that the lab is only steps away, in the same hallway! More

Lisa Price is a wonderful practitioner, I have been seeing her and Dr.Hall since 2015 and haven’t thought once about finding someone new. They are attentive and though it is a big office, in a small town turned big…They are anything but cold and sterile and give me that hometown feeling where future generations will choose to see them growing up as well. In the COVID environment, it is difficult to schedule appointments with so many caregivers needing to alternate their days in clinic and working remotely. This was the case when I needed to see my primary care physician (Dr. Shane Hall). The Nurse was also practitioner was also booked for the day. The MA handling my call check all other Village Heath facilities and found Seethu Abraham FNP-C at Frisco Medical Village and directed me there. She was amazing, thorough, professional and above all, listened to and answered all my questions. I will not hesitate to recommend her whenever the opportunity presents itself. Thank you Seethu !!
