The doctors and support staff are excellent...... special mention to Dr. Lau, Dr Moon for the superlative service over the years for my family. The reason I felt compelled to write this review today was because of the presence of mind and positive outlook of one of the supervisors who work at this location, Kayla. She went out of the way to help me, while I was fasting, to save me multiple trips to this location. It's hard to find people like her these days in the service industry. Thanks for making my day. I have seen Dr. Moon for the last 15 years, and his expertise has been invaluable in addressing various health concerns, from asthma to ADHD. He has a knack for breaking down the intricate details of medications, in a way that my non medical brain can understand. On a more personal level, he alleviates the stigma that comes with asking about medication options, and I feel comfortable coming to him with any questions or concerns. It is clear when meeting with him that he doesn’t just want to help his patients feel better; he wants to help them enjoy their lives and succeed in their goals. I am grateful to say that he has done that for me, and it has been a gift to have a medical professional like him in my corner when it’s needed the most. I also want to highlight the fantastic work of Sheena Abraham, the nurse practitioner, whom I actively choose for routine check-ups and when feeling under the weather. She is a wealth of information, and never lets you go without making certain you have everything you need. If you’re lucky enough to find yourself in their care, you can rest assured that you’re in very good hands. More

What a delightful person. Most of all he's an excellent Dr, technically informed and interested in explaining things to his patients. I've never left his office without feeling that I was heard, and that I understand his diagnosis and the medications he is using. More

Dr. Moon is my primary care physician, and I couldn't be happier. I believe he truly cares for his patients and when there is an issue, he will address it expediently. Dr. Moon takes the time to talk with you about your medical issues. He offers sound advice and medication solutions, making sure that you understand the science behind the treatment. He's a very down-to-earth and friendly doctor. If I had to travel 3 hours to see him, I'd opt for doing this instead of going to one of these urgent care run-of-the mill nurse practitioner outfits. Dr Moon and staff are the best! Dr Moon was the first diagnose and to successfully treat my type 2 diabetes, my having gone years with a previous GP who NEVER gave me an A1C, despite diagnosing me as as pre-diabetic and having symptoms (neuropathy in particular), nor prescribing any treatment. This other GP just made me feel guilty for my condition. Dr Moon took a great deal of time with me to explain how type 2 diabetes works, how it is NOT my fault, how they treat it and why it is important to keep the A1C down to prevent further damage to my organs! What a relief! My A1C has been stable at Non-diabetic levels for the last several years, and I’ve been able to reduce some of my meds because of this. My only wish is that Dr Moon could take new patients himself, as I have several relatives who could use his care too! Thank you!! More
